摘要:
对采集自湖北省徐家河水库的152尾鲂的生长与繁殖力进行了研究. 结果表明,鲂的体长和体重生长方程分别为Lt = 458.35[1-e-0.1802(t+0.1729)]和Wt = 2197.30[1-e-0.1801(t+0.2889)]3.0057,体重生长拐点年龄为5.9龄. 体长在233~370 mm、体重在320~1 200 g的个体,绝对繁殖力(F)为49 298.4~25 4971.7粒(egg),相对体长繁殖力(FL)和相对体重繁殖力(FW)分别为195.6~720.1 egg/mm、162.3~479.6 egg/g. 此外,对体长、体重等9个生物学指标与3个繁殖力进行了回归分析,并运用主成分分析对各生物学指标进行了归类分析,从而得出生物学指标对个体繁殖力大小的正确反映,主要是通过影响个体生长和性腺发育来实现的结论. 基于徐家河水库的鲂资源面临衰退的趋势,提出了资源保护与合理利用建议. 图2 表7 参20
Abstract:
The growth and fecundity of Megalobrama skolkovii were studied by using the 152 specimens collected in the period between September 2007 and June 2008 from the Xujiahe Reservoir in Hubei, China. The growth equations described by von Bertalanffy equation were Lt = 458.35[1-e-0.1802(t+0.1729)] and Wt = 2197.30[1-e-0.1801(t+0.2889)] 3.0057. The inflexion age of body weight increment was at 5.9 years. For the specimens with body length of 233~370 mm and body weight of 320~1 200 g, the individual absolute fecundity (F) ranged from 49 to 255 thousands eggs; the individual relative fecundities by body length (FL) and body weight (FW) were 195.6 to 720.1 eggs per millimeter and 162.3 to 479.6 eggs per gram, respectively. The relationships among nine biological indicators and three kinds of individual fecundities were discussed by using regression analysis. In addition, all biological indicators were classified by using component factor analysis. A conclusion was drawn that fecundity was reflected by biological indicators through individual growth and gonad development. Based on the declining trend of M. skolkovii in the Xujiahe Reservoir, some suggestions for resource protection and rational utilization are proposed in this paper. Fig 2, Tab 7, Ref 20
