选择KOK1679和Li (抗蚜)、北京837和北京411 (感蚜)等4个小麦品种(系),采用HPLC方法测定了不同生长期或
组织中对羟基苯甲酸、咖啡酸和阿魏酸3种酚酸化合物的含量变化. 结果表明,在不同生长期或组织中,对羟基苯甲
酸、咖啡酸和阿魏酸的含量在各品种间均有显著的差异,但在小麦植株体内不同组织中的含量并不完全与品种抗感
蚜性一致. 在3个生长期或组织中,小麦抗蚜品种中的阿魏酸含量均显著高于感蚜品种;而咖啡酸在苗期组织和旗叶
中以及对羟基苯甲酸在穗部,小麦抗蚜和感蚜品种中的含量恰恰与阿魏酸含量相反. 由此可见,阿魏酸在不同生长期
或组织中的含量高低符合小麦品种抗蚜和感蚜特性,因此可能与小麦对蚜虫的抗性密切相关. 同时,对羟基苯甲酸、
咖啡酸和阿魏酸的含量在小麦各品种中随不同生长期或组织而变化. 除KOK1679品种中的对羟基苯甲酸外,在其他各
品种中,不同生长期或组织中的3种化合物含量均表现出显著的差异. 图2 表1 参21
Abstract:
Two Sitobion avenae-resistant (KOK1679 and Li) and two S. avenae-susceptible (Beijing 837 and Beijing 411) wheat varieties were planted in net-house at Science Garden, China Agricultural University, and the contents of p-hydroxybenzoic acid, caffeic acid and ferulic acid from diffferent S. avenae-resistant wheat varieties were determined by HPLC in different tissues of wheat plants. The results showed that the content of ferulic acid in aphid-resistant wheat varieties was significantly higher than that in aphid-susceptible ones in all tested tissues. Conversely, the content of caffeic acid at seedling stage and in flag leaves of aphid-susceptible varieties was significantly higher than that in aphid-resistant ones, as well as the content of p-hydroxybenzoic acid in the ear. On the other hand, except for the content of p-hydroxybenzoic acid in KOK1679, the contents of all the three phenolic acid compounds among growing stages or tissues were significantly different in a given variety. Therefore, these results suggested that ferulic acid content in wheat tissues could be related to wheat resistance to aphid. Fig 2, Tab 1, Ref 21
